We honor the manufacturer's warranty on every item we sell. If you experience a problem with an item you purchased from us, we would like to know.
Send us an email outlining the problem you have, and the original purchased date. Many manufacturers offer service on their products, and we can help arrange this for you if necessary.
Whether a return or a warranty replacement, Modern Outpost can provide a refund or ship the replacement item without having to wait for the Post Office to return your purchase. Simply fax or email us a copy of your return postal receipt, and we will ship your replacement of process your refund. There is no restocking fee.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns of opened or used PETT products due to hygienic reasons.

To return an item to us for warranty replacement, simply contact us via email or phone to notify us of the problem. Then re-wrap the item in its original packaging (if available), and ship via regular surface parcel post as per the return instructions on this page.
PLEASE DO NOT USE A COURIER SERVICE.
